Permasteelisa Group Names New Director of Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing

Permasteelisa Group announced the appointment of James Hickman as its new Director of Group HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and Wellbeing.

Hickman's experience and responsibilities

Hickman's previous role was at Hinkley Point C where he gained leadership credentials heading up the $36 billion project’s HSE function. Hickman has extensive experience and knowledge of HSE leadership roles, having also worked for the UK regulator (Health and Safety Executive) as a HM Inspector of Health and Safety.

Taking up his position, he will also represent Permasteelisa Group on its Senior Leadership Team.

He succeeds Kenny Polson in the role, who will now lead the HSE and Quality function for Permasteelista’s UK operations.
