Company officials of Pittsburgh Glass Works say they plan to close the Creighton glass plant, located in East Deer, Pennsylvania, by next June 2018, according to reporting in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. The original facility was built by PPG, which sold its majority interest in PGW in 2008. The plant closure will affect almost 200 employees.
