Viprotron’s highly advanced and very precise technology for detecting roller wave and edge kink distortions will enhance its award-winning anisotropy and haze scanner by adding them together in one system. There are a total of five functions—roller wave/edge kink, anisotropy, haze, brightfield and reflection channel for optical defects—which are available in one complete package, a first in the industry.
