HHH Equipment Resources brings application-driven automation to glass edging with the SMART Automation Solutions™ Edging Cell. The system pairs a robotic arm with glass-specific end-of-arm tooling and the KODIAK® 12HS high-speed flat polishing machine to create a coordinated production cell engineered around the fabricator’s workflow.
The robot handles repetitive glass handling, positioning and machine loading/unloading, helping reduce manual touchpoints while supporting consistent material flow and a safer work environment. The KODIAK 12HS brings proven edging performance with 12 heavy-duty spindles engineered for continuous production, speed and consistent edge quality. Working together, robot and edger address the critical space between handling and processing—where labor constraints and inconsistent pacing can create production bottlenecks.
