According to a Dec. 7 breaking news report from Bloomberg, CRH Plc is planning a sale of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in a deal that could be worth more than $3 billion, per “people with knowledge of the matter.” Officials from CRH declined to provide official comment to Bloomberg.
