The Women in Glass Heart to Heart conversation, hosted by the California Glass Association, is a space for open, honest and candid dialogue about the realities of being a woman in a male-dominated profession. It’s an opportunity to share experiences, challenges, and successes, balancing the roles of mothers, daughters, wives, sisters and caregivers, all while pursuing demanding full-time careers. It’s also a chance to support and uplift one another, creating a community where every woman feels seen and heard.
