Goldray Glass appointed Laura Little as vice president, sales and marketing.
Little’s Goldray journey started in the marketing department in 2004. As she learned about glass from the craftsmen in our plant, who for generations have honed their skills on the many beautiful and unique projects they created, Little developed and nurtured her storytelling abilities, say company officials. This allowed her to create customer experiences that helped to position Goldray as the company that did not shy away from challenging projects.
She transitioned to the sales team as a rep for the Pacific North West and Western Canada regions. In this role, Little engaged closely with Goldray’s research and development team to increase her understanding of the technical aspects of designing, processing, fabrication, and installing glass.
As a sales rep, she brought a collaborative approach to her customers and the company’s in-house team resulting in high customer satisfaction in her territories.
With her understanding and hands-on experience in both sales and marketing, Little is well positioned to lead these teams to a place that delivers on strategic, long-term relationships with like-minded companies across North America, say officials.
