Vitro Architectural Glass, alongside the Pittsburgh Steelers, marked the unveiling of the team’s newly redesigned trophy room with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Showcasing all six Lombardi Trophies, the upgraded space features Starphire Ultra-Clear glass donated by Vitro.
The Vitro–Steelers partnership began in 2024, with Vitro becoming the team’s first Mexico-based partner through the NFL’s Global Markets Program.
The partnership is united by a shared connection rooted in Pittsburgh, where Vitro Architectural Glass (formerly PPG Glass) was founded in 1883. Today, Vitro is still headquartered in Pittsburgh.

“Starphire Ultra-Clear glass is trusted to protect some of America’s most iconic documents, including the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, and now, it safeguards the Steelers’ trophy room, and each of the team’s six Lombardi Trophies,” says Ricardo Maiz, president of Vitro Architectural Glass. “As a proud partner of the Steelers, we wanted to deliver unmatched clarity and protection of the moments that define Steelers history.”
