Quanex announced that valued colleague and industry veteran Larry Johnson has passed away after a battle with cancer. With 42 years of experience in the industry, Johnson held multiple roles and also showed his dedication to advancing the industry through participation in FGIA and NGA.

Founder of Parsons Associates and a highly respected manufacturers representative in the glass and glazing industry, Jack Parsons, passed away peacefully at home on December 12. 

Steve Howes, founder of Glasslam, passed away.

After a brave battle with cancer, Syracuse Glass Company CEO Joe Gudenburr passed away on April 2.

Jill Renee Foxworth, owner of Dependable Glass Works, passed away late Sunday evening Sept. 12, according to her obituary.

Thad Max Ziegler, who worked in the glass industry for nearly three quarters of a century, passed away on Sept. 14.

GlasPro Inc. announced the recent passing of its founder, Stanley “Stan” Raymond Green. Green established the specialty glass business in 1988. GlasPro has grown to become one of California’s premier glass fabricators.

Pulp Studio officials announced the untimely passing of Bernard Lax, the company’s founder, owner and chief executive officer.

Bob Bowman, who served as one of the longest serving sales representatives in Winco Window Co.‘s 100-year history, passed away on May 11, 2021, at the age of 92. Bowman retired from Winco as a sales representative after 37 years, but his career in the window industry began in 1955.  

Connie Ashcraft, safety director at ACE Glass, passed away on May 23.

Mitchell “Mitch” Bell, Southern California and Arizona sales rep for Winco Window Co. and owner of Division 8 Designs, recently passed away on March 29 of natural causes. Bell was 57.
